Mazda has just released the above teaser of the upcoming !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Unsurprisingly, there's not much we can guess from it, except that it will retain the flared wheelarches of the NC (see below), and that the front wheels seem to be a bit further away from the cabin, which is consistent with earlier spyshots of elongated wheelbase NC's lapping the ring.

In addition, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Again, not much to be guessed apart from a slightly higher trunk, and a sloped front end (probably because of pedestrian safety requirements)

The ND Miata will be released on 9/3/14, so in any case we'll know all the specifics then.

No, it's just everyone is obsessing over it sooooo much. I personally think that, as an enthusiasts car, the Miata has been going downhill since the NBs

Yeah dude, people are excited for this car, I don't know why that's such a turnoff. The Miata has always had a large, loud fanbase.

I'm not sure about that. The ND-gen MX-5 has been teased about a million times less than many, many other cars.

In fact, they revealed the chassis, the teaser vid, and now this one. So about three releases altogether, that's nothing compared to some other cars.
